Healthy Living Module - Ages 8 +

The goal of the Healthy Living Module is to help kids build positive habits and encourage independence and confidence. Topics in this module include hygiene and routines, nutrition and exercise, mindfulness, and environmental awareness.

Life Skills Academy is designed to help kids gain the knowledge and mindset to promote both personal and academic development. By working through each module kids will cultivate the necessary social and emotional skills to prepare them for whatever comes next.

This Launchpad contains the following apps:

Body Scan Meditation
Educational video for children which will help them practice how to relax each part of their body. This activity will show them how important it is to learn to stop and have a break after working hard, doing body scan meditation. This is a guided relaxation technique for our feet, legs, tummy, arms, neck and head.

Get fit and healthy with Fitoons! Kids will enjoy learning different ways to work out and cook a delicious and healthy meal to keep their character in shape.
