One young boy, thought by some to be far too strange, has a plan to save the celebration with the help of his animal friends. Beyond the No-Character Zone: Secret Agent 006 Count On-Character and Secret Agent 000 Ivanda B. Rude are assigned to teach four very cool but uninterested students the value of good character.
