The ICU imagery helps with post-surgical healing; reducing pain and depression; tolerating sleep disruption and ICU noise; fostering a sense of safety and support. The Rehab imagery helps promote patience with the recovery process; reduce discomfort; encourage exercise and relaxation. Each program is approximately 15 minutes of imagery, followed by an additional music segment. (88 minutes)
